Open Suppliers and search or browse the directory. Supplier profiles show the business type, province, contact details, and verification status available publicly.

Open Products and search by product name. Use the available province and category filters to narrow the listings.

Open a product or supplier page, choose the RFQ action, and provide your contact details, quantity, and requirements. You will see a confirmation after successful submission.

Unverified means review is not complete; Pending review means a request is being reviewed; Verified means OmdaFroshi reviewed submitted business information. Verification is not a guarantee of a transaction or product.

RFQs appear in the supplier dashboard. During beta, suppliers should check their RFQ inbox regularly; do not assume an email notification has been sent.

Create an account, choose the supplier path, and complete company onboarding with your business name, province, contacts, and business details.

After onboarding, open the supplier dashboard and add a product with an accurate title, category, description, price or quote terms, and minimum order quantity.

Add an image in the product form. Use a clear image of the actual item that you own or are authorized to publish.

Use the supplier dashboard verification process and provide the requested business information or documents. Your status remains pending until review is complete.

Buyers send a request to the supplier associated with a product or company. Review requests in the supplier dashboard and update their status as you respond.

Your public profile displays the business contact details you submitted. Buyers can use those details or submit an RFQ.

Choose email or phone login and enter the one-time verification code sent to you.

Enter your email address and use the one-time code delivered to that inbox. Check spam or request another code if needed.

Enter your phone number in international format and use the one-time code delivered by SMS.

The current sign-in flow is passwordless and uses one-time verification codes.

An RFQ includes the buyer's name, phone, message, and any quantity provided. Signed-in buyers may also share their account email.

The supplier receiving the RFQ can see the submitted contact details, request message, quantity, and associated product.

Passwords are not used in the current passwordless flow. Supplier verification documents, internal review notes, reviewer identities, and security/audit data are not public profile content.
